Judgment Enforcement

A judgment is the official decision of a court. A final judgment resolves the issues involved in the lawsuit, and determines the rights and obligations (money damages are often included) of each party.  However, victory in a lawsuit does not include the actual receiving of the court awarded damages. The victorious party must enforce the courts judgment by following proper state and local procedures. Although people usually comply with a judgment issued by a court, some people simply ignore the judgment and do not pay. When a person does not pay, enforcement of the judgment is required. Our firm has experience in enforcing judgments against parties in Pennsylvania, including:

  • Attachment of property
  • Court Enforcement
  • Foreclosures and Sheriff Sales of Real Estate (Sheriff's Poundage)
  • Fraudulent Transfers
  • Freeze Bank Accounts
  • Garnishments
  • Judicial Liens
  • Replevin of property
  • Secured Creditor representation
  • Sheriff Sale of Personal Property
  • Writs of Execution
